You say the temps are okay. What exactly are they?

Your fans on your heatsink aren't correct. You must add a push fan to the bottom of your heatsink, and a pull one at the top. THIS is why your temps are high. It looks like you're using your Noctua fans to exhaust the case?

1366 is intel's enthusiast socket. 1155 is not. IMO, go Ivy.
