Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I had no problem setting mine up after reading http://www.smallnetbuilder.com/lanwan/lanwan-basics/30853-smart-switch-how-to-part-3-bandwidth-control?start=3
Here's how my config looks :
Made the LAG group. Set it to LACP type. Gave it a name. Allocated ports 3 and 4. Made sure the host...
The power savings when moving from a 2.5" mechanical drive to an SSD are miniscule - http://techreport.com/articles.x/20255/9 - it won't have any noticeable effect on your battery life.
Unfortunately, flash cards don't offer performance anywhere near an SSD for operating system use - they're terrible at handling the multitude of tiny reads and writes required.
As above, you simply need a 1.8" micro-SATA drive and a...
These guys http://stores.ebay.com/Micro-SATA-Cables have one - http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=290508236238
Works just fine with the Intel X18-M.
Eh :confused::confused:
The hinge-breaking has absolutely nothing to do with the user's behaviour ! I suggest you do some more research - they break because the screws simply tear free from their plastic mounts...
It's not glue - there's just a thin layer of silicon on the back to allow the "cling".
They're exactly the same as the mobile-phone screen protectors that have been around since the dawn of time - http://mobile.brando.com/bw-ultraclear-smart-phone-s-p-blackberry-8800-_p02534c0679d018.html -...

Removal is as simple as peeling off. Surely you've used one on your mobile phone in the past ?

I haven't tried it, but i don't see any problem. Don't forget that the M11X has a DisplayPort output too.
You've got both the HDMI to DualLink DVI, and the DisplayPort to DualLink DVI options.
But the M11X is Core2Duo-based - none of those CPUs are even remotely compatible.
They'd need to design a whole new Motherboard, supply DDR3 Memory, etc. etc.
It's a none-starter until the next-generation M11X arrives :D
If you really want more CPU power, then just wait ... the M11X has...
Simple : Cost.
The M11X already costs close to double the price of the other 11.6" CULV machines.
The Sony Vaio Z competes in a completely different market, at twice the cost of the M11X. Of course it's thinner and lighter - you'd expect nothing less at that end of the market. There's no...
