Here's the deal that should apply to all 226BW panel numbers. Not sure if this applies to the T240. M-ME22HOCAA-1002 should be a Samsung Panel, because of the location of the "A" in the model number. (x-xxxxxxxAx-xxxx). Here are other letters and the relevant manufacturers...
