Forget about 60Hz on this tech, is pretty much eye cancer.

Who use built in speakers anyways if you want to have proper PC. The Envy 32 speakers are OK at least but I would've like them to be deattachable.

The change from CCFL to LED was a change to the worse for the most part (unless color critical tasks were you need wide gamut options). 10years+ old monitors also used the ATW-Polarizer to brutally reduce "glow" like the old Apple Cinema Display.

Actually, with a black image a CRT looks exactly the same on/off. Obviously the blacks on/off are in fact really dark green because of the phosphor but at night it's black-black for the eye, thats why end plasmas and OLEDs show better blackier blacks. Just look at the "black" of a CRT in off state.

Hi. I would actually prefer monitors just a bit smaller. Say 34-36" 4K IPS/VA flicker free.
