Malware Bytes is good and i use that as well but i find that it don't detect stuff that S&D does, but Malware bytes seems better at detecting and dealing with difficult to remove trojans.

It seems like some system combinations are really sensitive to powerplay, my 5850 was unstable in my core 2 duo rig but now in my core i5 rig its as steady as a rock, and yes i did check the mem etc on my old rig.

1 of its intended usage's is for the 2d desktop as well, without crashing, i know its a pain but don't get stuck with a bad part.
