key things to check for the moment you fire these behemoths up is.. 1. dead pixels (didnt light up) stuck pixels (stuck as a solid color, doesnt change colors) 2. color tinting (use a full white image full screen and check for consistency) 3. i guess you could check viewing angles/text... -

as far as "image quality", i would prolly assume the WUXI is better, but i don't think it is better with responsetime/input lag..maybe the same, these 2 monitors are LG panels afterall.. and you could buy 2 of these 'editor choice' u2410 for a single wuxi...ur eyes prolly wont notice the... -

this screen's a beauty with games, u wont find all 101% of that "eye candy" on any TN monitor due to the inability to produce the right colors. if ur looking for color precision, color vibrance, and all that "eye candy" then yeah this U2410 should be top of your shopping list to consider... -

1, u shuld have waited out for Dell coupons to get the monitor for $480-500bucks, they had it just this month (2nd weekend of september) and will be offering it again soon. 2, you should return it and get back ur $600 if you're not satisfied ;) ur the first person i know to have switched... -

you guys here are all just anal and picky... for the price, and Dell's past success with its previous monitors, there's no reason why you would say no to the U2410, vs NEC or HP, and if you're looking for a "good 24inch IPS monitor". the only other option is Apple's Cinema LED 24inch display... -

the tiny squabbles only affect those of us that decide that we want to use sRGB mode.. im certain i read somewhere else that the U2410 has a "Custom" mode, allows you to also manually adjust r-g-b levels, that do not have any problems associated with the sRGB-dithering issue. I'm on a dell... -
