NCASE M1: a crowdfunded Mini-ITX case (updates in first post)

One thing I'd like to know is if we'll be able to change the delivery address at all after the campaign's ended. My living situation is rather fluid at the moment, and it might be worthwhile making arrangements in advance if we can't alter anything.

To me, this seems a little silly. Yes, you'll get a case, if you select the correct perk, and pay the right amount of money for where you live. That's the point of the campaign. The early ship list simply means that the people who backed before (like me) will get their cases sent first. Yours...

    27" QNIX QX2710 Evolution 2 impressions

Anyone know if there's any difference between the Qnix and the X-Star model, apart from the logo? The 'perfect pixel' X-Star versions seem to be less expensive than the equivalent Qnix at the moment. It'd be good to know, as I'm looking to take the plunge on buying one soon.

    HTC One Watch Thread

I'm going to wait and see whether any custom ROMs use the HTC logo for anything - although it isn't a physical button, it might be possible to use it as a home button. There are already hacks out there to get it working as a custom button, after all

    Custom Displays

Well, that escalated quickly. Seriously though, this is pretty impressive. I'd be down for a few. You don't seem to have considered return costs for the monitor - how will you factor that in?

    Quiet gaming build

Already tried controlling fan speeds and so forth - had some success with the GPU fan speeds, but the ambient noise is still too much. Anyway - I'm thinking of going in a different direction now - more silence focused. Here's my new proposed build i5 2500k 16GB DDR3-1600 RAM Gigabyte HD...

I vote yes. If there isn't any significant extra cost, why not? Dust might be a problem, but maybe there could be some kind of drive bay shield to stop dust getting in? Also, once we get a `final draft' of the design, I'd be ready to put some money towards a prototype (at least).

    Quiet gaming build

Good to know about the SG05 - I remember hearing someone got a 7950 in; it must've only just squeezed in. I gave the 680 some consideration, but from what I've read the 7970 is better at resolutions higher than 1920x1080? The whine isn't from the headset - the noise is there even when...

    Quiet gaming build

Hi guys (and lifeforms of the female persuasion), I'm currently looking to start afresh with a mini-ITX gaming system after having a rather noisy mid-tower build. I was originally eying up Necere's case, but I realised that might be another year away, so I decided to go with what's available...
