I guess I don't have a problem as my temps. are stable so far in the very early part of testing. I am curious how the fan speed is varying from 200-400 RPM as it is connected now? What is controlling it and will it ramp it up to the max. of the fan, 700 RPM if necessary?

I replaced the front fan on this case with the Phobya G-Silent 18 700 RPM fan, with a 7V 3 pin adapter, connected to my chas_1 location on an Asus Gene-Z IV MB. The fan RPM I have seen vary from 200 RPM to 400 RPM. Can someone tell me why I am unable to control the fan with the speedfan...
