    i7-965EE is a 45nm cpu. The problem with these 45mn cores is that have insane power consumption when overclocked. Look at this http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/overclock-core-i7,2268-10.html extra 100W for 200MHz, and it only grows more with more hz.
