I will probably buy 160GB Gen2 then. After all what I need is small files speed. Finally my decision goes to SSD 160GB INTEL G2 for random speed which I actually need most. Thanks everyone for help!

Of course, I could also buy (same price) Corsair 6GB (3x2GB) 1600MHz 7-7-7-20 Dominator GT DHX+ and remove the added heatsinks to make them compatible with Noctua. But, would those modules survive? Or that added heatsinks don't really matter that much...
