They list PCB version R1.02 for all chips on their site otherwise I'd have come to that same conclusion. Seemed odd that they didn't list any PCB changes but mentioned the serial number thing. *shrug*
Edit: And the newer chips are the same TDP ranges; 41xx-43xx all max TDP at 95w.
Hey all, I have an older Asus KCMA-D8 from early 2011 currently running with 4130 CPUs on board. I'd love to upgrade it to 4386 chips since they've gotten cheaper on eBay but I'm at a loss on the Asus documentation of CPU support.
