There is no point for me to get Sandy - E. I have the i7 920 and this chip does everything I need it to do. I'm not going to spend $500+ for a CPU and mobo to for maybe 20% increase in performance.
I turned off turbo in bios. Also is it really that big of a deal that you can get up to 3.6Ghz instead of 3.7Ghz. I mean .1Ghz isn't something you will notice.
