    Those results are all over the place. Look at i3 8350k, performance is better when paired with a vega than a 1080 ti, same with 7600k.

    These results are expected considering the public specs, nothing surpising. Real performance increase will come with 2080 Ti, but with a huge cost.

    The fact that is a standard, doesn't mean Nvidia doesn't pay devs to lock RTX to Nvidia only hardware. I still remember when Nvidia locked antialising in Batman:AA to their hardware.

    That's true, rgb lights work independently. You have to turn on/off the lights manually, just like a lamp. Regarding the OSD issue, never had that problem. I do get a message when screen gets out of standby, though, but I think that´s normal. Also, what kind of settings are you using regarding...

    Different panels, gsync monitor is TN, freesync is VA, one supports HDR the other don't. This is like comparing apples to oranges in terms of visual quality. The only thing that matter in a test like this is the level of smoothness.

    Well, I've received my Define R4 black and unfortunately I have issues with both my panels, bent corner, warped zones by the screw holes, scratch marks, etc, not very good Quality Control. I've contacted them by using their form in their website, let's see if their customer support is better...
