vsync is enabled in all examples. In the case of Doom, I believe I was using adaptive, but I tried all modes. In the case of World of Warcraft, it has a generic vsync option which is enabled. -

I've tried it with multiple cables. The first cable I used was an audioquest cinnamon. Next up was a cheap HDMI that I had lying around. Both did it :( Unfortunately, I don't have another PC ( or a console ) lying around that's capable of 4k gameplay. Because of this, I'm not being taken... -
