E8400 FTW!

I turn mine up and turn up the clock when in gaming - when im not gaming i turn it back down, fan and clock

yep, one of my cores ( o ) does run cooler. I also see that core 1 does more of the work tho. no biggie.

Asus Maximus Formula w/ the 8400 - I had to flash the bios with the ez flash tool - my very first build and everythings running great - time to oc myself. I highly recomend the Asus Maximus Formula.

yea, I have built the pretty much same system w/ mwave, tigerdirect and newegg and have found that mwave has everything I need at the best price. I can get items off of Ebay cheeper but ... its ebay.. I think im guna go w/ mwave tho

Does mwave ( or any other online store) offer a discount if ordering a complete system from them? I'm just wondering; ill be putting in my order today. All and all ill be buying about 2k worth of equipment from them. Just wondeing if its really best to go through 1 supplier or to bounce around...

are the (g92) 8800 gts cards better than the ssc card that evga has? or is the ssc card the (g92) super clocked?
