I doubt this. Retail Edge generally doesn't release (or even know) what is going to be in the purchase program until around a month before it is available for purchase since prices change rapidly. Another thing that tells me you don't know what you're talking about is the fact that you list RAM...

I am looking into the possibility of upgrading my Core Duo T2400 processor in my P100-ST9012 laptop to a Core 2 Duo. My only question is: which processors can I upgrade to?

Well, I just finished installing the 32-bit version (I used the 64-bit key to see if it was version-dependent, it's not), so it would appear both keys work. I'll be installing the second license on a different computer and will post results here to confirm that they are indeed two separate licenses.
I just got mine! One weird thing though...I got two discs, one 32-bit, one 64-bit, as expected, but each has a separate product key...does this mean I have two licenses of Vista, or does using one key invalidate the other?
