If you plug in headphones in the audio out, then you'd need HDMI right?

Hey, sorry to bump this, but I'm basically looking for the same things as the TC (though I prefer 1920x1080 and matte screens instead) and I need some advice. The ZR24w you mentioned doesn't have an HDMI port.
