Cheapest GPU to run two screens?

usually, no. You can't typically have two audio streams and two video streams at once over HDMI like that. However, you can have an audio stream from HDMI and then one out of the onboard audio controller. Something like a GT610 would work fine, but I don't know that I'd try to run two 1080p...

USB bluetooth dongle on a PS4?

As far as I know, that won't work. I know there are various wireless headsets that will work with their proprietary wireless dongles, but I haven't seen a bluetooth headset work just yet. I doubt sony will release any firmware to fix that, as this allows them to force you to use expensive...

No matter what, when you connect your USB devices the found new hardware dialog pops up however since the drivers aren't installing, you can't use the mouse to tell it to install. It's a pretty...

Not sure which way to go in a RAM upgrade

Lucien, if it takes DDR3 it should handle the 1.35v RAM just fine. Even if it doesn't post and run at 1.35v, it should auto set it to 1.5 which wouldn't harm the RAM.

    Which Fan for Zalman 320?

If you can stand the color scheme of the Noctua fans, they are hard to beat. My rig is loaded with them and they are all virtually silent. Excellent fans.

    Motherboard opinion

It is indeed an embedded pentium. Recently built a machine for my mom using a board similar to that one. No issues with it, however she doesn't do anything beyond facebook on her computer.
