    Can someone tell me what Windows 7 has actually added?

    I have noticed that if you open up mutiple windows of Internet Explorer it does not fill the taskbar. You have to click the Explorer icon and you see all the pages whether in tabs or mutiple explorers open

    amd 64x2 4000+ vs amd fx

    I would go for the AM2/AM2+ It would give you more flexibility. From there when you get money you could upgrade cpu, memory, video card and have a pretty good system. Today I bought Corsair XMS2 2x1gb 6400C4 memory for $8.50 after $30 MIR So it is pretty cheap to go this way.
