I opened already...got answers like restart etc....nothing useful. Have no idea what to do....to send it back on my expense makes no sence since sending back is expensive and also there are customs problems...unless I make it work I can just throw it away

220V, APW3++ PSU. I dont think it is a power thing, the control board has a red light, but control lights (green or red) are never on, nor can I reset it, nor can I find it's IP adress. Basically like it is working on idle...have no clue what to think of it. Tried shuffling power slots but nothing

I have a problem with the brand new A3 miner. The fans power on, but there is no green nor red light, there is no IP, reset button doesn't work...I cannot do anything with it...is it a control panel malfunction or what? I tried everything including flashing via SD card and nothing helped. Help...
