    yeah at this pointi 'm thinking its a combination of the SAS controller <-> backplane. depending on how i plug things in i can get some drives to read and nothing on others.     Having some issues with napp-it, for some reason when the computer boots all the hard drives show up when the SAS card and expander are booting, but when it gets into solaris suddently none of them are there. I've got a M1015 i believe it is with the intel SAS expander if that is of any help...

    yeah when i had comcast business with my own modem my IP never rolled, even moving houses across town! having a few static IP's would be nice but not at the cost of having to use their modem, NAT is good enough.

    Ugh, ok managed to get the one pool back online that i was having issues with, finally got it to import the pool, however the other pool that had been functioning is now showing as suspended XD. Time to play around with the IBM more and see if i can't find a combo that will get that pool back...

    I removed the IBM and directly connected and i'm still not able to import the pool due to too many IO Error.
