Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.

Yea i agree i was just looking at your stuff and no really seems to have said anything like happening from your mobo or psu.. so just rma and hope for the best ;)
I would have to agree with Putz i am not a big fan of pny. besides everyone that i have had has run extremely hot. I have never had one blow but yes.
make sure that where you had it plugged into on your mobo is still good.(before you try putting a brand new card in it)
I had a similar problem where i was trying to erase a clients computer that had a whole lot of security features (from verizon wireless) And anything i used looked like it worked but then really didn't.
I ended up using a program called Kill Disk.
That did it and it worked fine after that...
