I agree with you totally in that we have just as much of a problem with the underpriveleged in this country as in any "developing" country. But the difference is that here in the US we're past out prime and aren't the new and emerging market to gain a foothold in. The countries developing in...
.94 coretemp is wrong by -15C, so that means your 74C reading is actually 89C, which might be doing a smidgen of damage to your processor . Go download .95 and try it. Most definitely go and lower your clock speed and voltage because a proc running at almost 90C is doing some damage to the...
Might be a could not run result, considering the rest of those scores are so low.
And don't believe for a second that these cards aren't dx10 capable, because that'd be just dumb :p Nvidia branding and selling all these cards as dx10 capable and then them not being able to run it? You know...
Damn man, these midrange ATi products are looking nice. I feel almost shackled to nvidia though because of my SLI mobo. But if the price is low enough and the performance margin large enough then I'll definitely be picking up one of these x2600s. But we still have not yet seen how any of these...
Who thinks you read understandable grammar today? I show it to you...
Oh wait, nvm :p
Is the fan some marvel of modern technology, because then yeah I wanna see it!:D
Specs are in the sig, and I've got a 400w FSP psu. I used this psu calculator and came out to 351w. My psu is only 400w and lately I've been getting random reboots, never when the cpu is under load though. It's been stable for a while and I'm almost 100% positive my overclock is stable. I don't...
Going to have it engraved? I say airbrushed. I've got "Get out and Push" airbrushed onto the back of my car, just to be a smartass.:p Looks like it should turn into a pretty nice custom case.
I would be amazed if AMD came out with a better product then Intel. As far as the market goes, Intel has every advantage possible. More cash flow so they can sink much, much more into research and development compared to what AMD can. I have no idea how many fabs they've got churning out procs...
Yeah but if you want to drill a few holes you can get it there easy. And if you don't you can put it around the back of the case near the pci slots and then underneath the fan and connect it right to the mobo. Better then stretching it across the surface of the mobo:p
Totally agree with the 939 suggestion. Considering you've already got 2gb of ddr-400 ram and such a tight budget it'd be something worth considering. Buy the 8800gts, a decent psu, a 939 mobo and an x2 3800+ and you should be set. Newegg only seems to have OEM 939 x2s in stock, so you might have...
Some stores sell 80-120mm brackets that you screw into an 80mm slot and allows you to screw the 120mm into that. Here's one, jab-tech has a few others as well.
Ouch guys whats with all this 900 hating? It's a damn nice case and the aesthetics of it are pretty kick ass IMHO. It's a cheap case price point wise, but I don't think the construction of it is flimsy in any way. The side panels a little meh, but I'm not carrying it around by that. The airflow...
Why are you set on using 80mm? You have room for 120mms there or no? Would any of the 80-120 adapters fit? I'm just curious because in general the 120mm will move more air more quietly then you could ever with an 80mm. I doubt you'll find many people here using 80mm or have any opinion on them...
