Thats horrible, how are you supposed to read text on that thing. Must go under warranty.

have you enable flash hardware acceleration? just right click on the flash video

Ye agree, its so strange. First we got Vega that tested alot of displays and praise it, then one guy say its got worse colors then his TN and not good at all. Like what the hell :)

CCFL is old tech not likely used in new released monitors, especially budget ones.

doubt its that one, says ccfl backlight.

guys have you seen the panels at tftcentral? Only 4k panel at the moment at 28 inch is a .......... TN PANEL :D 28.0WS CMO TN Film M280DGJ-L30 3840x2160 5ms 1000:1 300 170/160 1.07b sRGB W-LED

Color accuracy in games with alot of moving objects prolly really hard to see flaws compared to a static image in photoshop.

They mention PWM in the doc. Its a combination of DC and PWM, and they claim flicker free with 240 mode off.

prad got one.. review is up in 2-3 weeks

cheers for sharing this.. and that was bad. Dell in my country comes to your door and pick up your monitor and you get immediately a replacement.

http://www.slrclub.com/bbs/vx2.php?id=slr_review&page=1&divpage=1&select_arrange=headnum&desc=asc&no=319 you can see the AG coating here..its good... also no pwm flicker above 20%

Kinda big different in flickering before and after. Wonder if future monitors will better in this regard.

havent they updated the AG coating on u3011? so maybe worth to rma just to get the new revisison? :)

cool :) guess that display was super expensive at release? like the 4k eizo 32 inch now?

Thanks for the answer. I think i expressed myself a bit wrong, i meant the gpu increase :) I saw half the framerates from fraps when i enabled 3d :D But thats great if thats not the case with lightboost. edit:lied get 50% lower fps.. :)
