    Macs get no viruses (virii?), but there are trojans for Mac OS. As for me, I use a firewall (protemac netmine) and everything is ok for now.

    I use Screen VidShot on Windows and Macvide ScreenCap on Mac OS. Unfortunately, these are not freeware, but both have free trials :)

    I always knew Macs aren't immune, simply less targeted. Still I don't have any anti-virus software, just a firewall (Protemac Netmine) on my Mac and that's enough - I never get viruses.

    This program does its job really good. Its features are monitoring internet and application usage, recording complete history of communications and keystrokes typed on any application, taking screenshots and so on. I guess, it's what you are looking for.
