Pretty much the same dimensions, nothing changed.
I recently asked myself whether it would be beneficial to thermally connect the backplate of the GPU to the frame (middle wall) of the case. So that the case acts as a heatsink. Maybe i will test it
So the Sapphire Pulse seems to have a height of 46mm. The dan cases website says, that card with a max width of 45mm (with backplate) will fit. So the Sapphire could maybe fit
The thermal design is horrible. I think the best cooling results u will get, with a cooler that is using the stock shroud. Otherwise the perfomance will be worse when the sidepanel is closed. So if u dont want to modify the case, try to stick with the stock shroud. Just swapping the fan will...
The C7 is load because the gap betweetn the fan and the side panel is so small. Doesnt really matter which fan u use. Both Black Ridge and NH L9i are therefor much quieter
3700x shouldn't be a problem.
3800x and 3900x have a much higher tdp. Probably possible, but don't expect die cpu to boost higher then base clock speeds
or your cpu isnt running on "intel specs" and is boosting more often then it should. u can try undervolting etc ;). do the temps get much lower with opened side panel?
What do you do when u get bored? Buy unnecessary stuff :D I bought a used peli case for transporting my case safely when i'm traveling. I will transport everything except for the display.
