I just had a great full gaming week-end with this monitor, and I love it. Sorry guys gut, the more I hear about your defective ones, the luckier I feel to own a flawless one.

    GTX 780 OC Sli > upgrade to > ?

My gaming rig has 2 Gigabyte GTX 780 OC [Ghz Ed.] in Sli. Since I'll like some more FPS power under my hood, which is the most effective upgrade, considering that a GTX 780 Ti Sli upgrade doesn't seem worth it? Titan Black Sli? GTX 780 3way Sli? GTX 780 Ti 3way Sli? Wait for next gen...

I feel very lucky since I received a flawless display from a cheap vendor that doesn't accept RMA... BTW if were you I won't send it back just for the black particle at the border unless the DP issue shows up again.

I was about to ask you, how do you manage a 4k..? ...then I saw your PC specs... I officially hate/love you. :mad:/:D How many FPS you can squeeze out of it at 4k on the latest games?

You are welcome! :) It took me several shot to find the right light and angle. Best result: - ISO 800 - ambient light on - flash on, with a magazine in front of it to deviate the light to the ceiling ...and some taunting: come on baby, show that pretty face of yours...

I've never tried a Korean monitor but, IMHO, for the price of this one you cannot demand any better quality.

I'll do that tonite. This morning I've tried to set a solid color background on windows and, after staring at the display for about 3 min, I've eventually noticed a cloudy striped pattern, but yet nothing that can bother anyone in real life working or playing condition.

As I wrote before: I've always liked to play games on big (and unfortunately slow) monitor (Dell U3011, HP ZR30) rather than fast 1080p 120hz (Asus VG278H), so I'm really happy with this one. I didn't really notice any ghosting/blur/streaks. I can tell that is just a little less responsive...
