Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I've been checking back on this display/TV every now and then waiting for all the issues to be fixed before buying.
I want to use it with a ultrawide resolution 3840x1620.
Is it possible to game on this now without any issues? 120hz, chroma subsampling, stuttering at 100fps, g-sync, hdr, can...
So I noticed that something was using all my bandwidth on my 10mbit line, max download but minimal to no upload. After some head scratching I found out it was the NoScript addon in Firefox that was the culprit, it automatically updated yesterday and I haven't had this issue before.
I tried a...
I'm running a GTX 460 as a dedicated Physx card alongside a GTX 670. I want to keep it in the bottom x16 port for airflow reasons but there it only runs at x1 instead of x4 or else it would disable all the x1 ports.
Is this speed enough for Physx, or should I move to the other port and...

I have a Intel X25-M G2 SSD as a system drive so I just tried to transfer the same file from there and while it's faster it also had even more of these "stops".
Is there anything I should look for that could cause these stops, or is it just a Windows quirk?
edit: I guess I should mention that...
I'm transferring from a Samsung Spinpoint F1 (not a system disk) to a Patriot Supersonic 64GB USB 3 (NTFS) stick.
For example a 5.5GB file transfers at +100MB/s 1/3 of the way then it kind of stops for one second and then continues at ~85MB/s 1/3 of the way again and then stops for an other...
If I understood correctly any Spyder or similar product wont help at all if I'm not looking to use the display for some professional use.
I'm looking for accuracy, if the games, movies, pirctures etc. look dull it's the artists fault not the screens.
Does everyone, that knows these...
So it I'm about to get a new display, most likely a Dell U2312HM and I thought this would be a great time to really learn how to properly calibrate a display.
So where should I start?
A good way to go seem to be to get a Spyder or something similar. But if I understood correctly it...
Ok thanks for all the help :). The only thing that bugs me about the U2312HM is the 16:9 ratio otherwise it seems to be fine.
One more thing though, I was looking around the Dell website and I couldn't find a RMA form or information about it. It could be that I'm using the finnish website...
What you said makes a lot more sense after after I started researching. U2312HM-175 U2412M-400, lucky guy :D.
But is the U2312HM as good as the 2209WA in picture quality and response time? I couldn't care less about 1", or is the U2312HM the one I'll have to accept regardless.
