Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
I like the trooper more, but as said, it requries a bit of modding for a 360 rad on the top. OC3D.tv has a video guide on how to do it though.
The 670 is such a low wattage card that you'll be totally fine with a 360 with decently low spinning fans (assuming they are of good quality).

Check out Lian Li PC-A06 and A05 as well.
Out of the cases you listed, Define is the only one that really qualifies as quiet. There isn't a ton of room for cable management due to the sound padding on the panels.
The FT03 and TJ08 aren't really quiet cases either.
Coolermaster 690II, Fractal Define R4 (fits on front), Fractal Arc Midi, Corsair 400R/500R/600T/650D, Bitfenix Shinobi XL/Raider/Ghost, Silverstone TJ04.
Those would be the best of the bunch.
I'm the guy from OCN. There's a lot of the answers in the thread I linked from the previous page, but to summarize:
H100 does not fit, no way, no how. The Gene V has a high placed 8 Pin, which it interferes with, same with all ASUS P67/Z68/Z77 boards. Others, like GB/MSI/ASRock all have fitment...
