    Yes, and Normal. It only freezes whenever I start certain programs. Not sure what the problem is.

    I don't have enough money to buy another OS, or to even buy a DVD to burn a Vista copy, and then use my current, legal key on it. Would MS or Gateway send me a repair disk?
