    As stated those temps (99C) were with the processor running at 1.5vcore. I'm now topping out at 69C @ 4.5GHz 1.265vcore.

    Yes, setting it to manual then entering 1.265 in the field and hitting enter. I found that if you set all the other fields to manual then it allows the manually set voltages to take.     1.265, and it finally blue screened after 2 hours of OCCT. Average high temp was 96C and max recorded temp was 99C. I'm much more comfortable running it at 4.8GHz ... Pushing the QPI to 103MHz also made the temps rise by about 2 or 3 C.
