Are you running Windows XP 64 Bit edition though ? I think that if you are getting these issuses under 32bit XP then it might not be because of the CPU...

Ok, here is a strange one.. I work at a online computer hardware place in Australia. So I try get the order manager to bring in a Lian Li PC 65 from the main warehouse and it shows up as a 65+ with a seperate side window straped to the box... So now back to my main question, Does PC65...

How does the 4000+ Sandi. rate against the FX series. It seems to me that you almost have the same performence for half the cost...(not forgetting the 90nm vs 120nm) ? or am I missing something ?

How about trying it without any sound at all. Kill both the onboard and the audigy and see what happens. If it still plays up then I would put it down to it being not a sound issue.
