    I verified in torchlight both GPU's show activity in msi afterburner graph. So it appears that maybe bioshock 2 simply does not support crossfire. Does this sound likely?

    I have a solution for number Question 3 I physically moved my displays so that they are in the 1,2,3 order in the windows view, recreated the presets and they appear to be working now. I can use them from the CCC Icon in the start menu or from the notification area CCC icon.
