    Does your LG W2363D (120Hz) buzz/whine badly?

Thanks for your comments all. I guess I should try to convince the shop that it's faulty.

    Does your LG W2363D (120Hz) buzz/whine badly?

Well, at least mine does! At factory setting (100 Brightness) it is COMPLETELY silent. It is of course unbrearable to look at, and once Brightness is lowered to 93 or so an annoying sound arises, which reaches max level at about 85 and then all the way down to zero. My reference for...

    120hz vs 240hz vs 60hz (TVs)

Whether you play games or watch blue-ray on your PS3, you are gonna want to disable any 120/240Hz functions anyway. In games because it adds significant input lag, on blue-ray disks because it will make your films look weird. 120/240Hz is mostly for fast-paced sports programming and the like.

Mirillis Splash Pro (Motion Smoothing for your PC!)

Will the "Motion2" feature apply to live TV watching, anyone know? And if so, will that be the first (and only) option for MCFI in live TV? Ignoring HDTV's, of course.
