    390x/Fury/Fury X for 1440p?

I'm running a 290x with an Acer XR341CK and it handles everything quite well thus far. Not to mention having freesync helps if you want to crank up the visuals which may land you in the 40-60fps range. Also totally recommend the XR341CK great looking panel, a bit of light bleed near the top left...

    Ultrawide 1440p :: Dell U3415W or Samsung S34E90C

Nvidia or AMD? Just asking because if he's using AMD then the Acer XR341CK uses the same panel as the Dell (pretty sure it's a Samsung panel so the S34E90C is probably using the same panel as well), but has a 75hz refresh and supports free sync. It's about $100 more than the dell on that same...

Corsair Hydro Series VGA Cooling Lucky Draw

1.I would absolutely use watercooling on my gpu. I've been using a custom loop on my cpus for the last 5 years, not sure why I never bothered with the gpu to this point, maybe money? 2.It would depend on the added cost vs. what I'm getting out of it. Am I being afforded additional o/c...

    XFX Black Edition PSU Drawing!

My roommate just bought one of the 850s for his new build, and honestly I wouldn't mind having one for my own build.

    XFX Radeon HD 6990 Drawing!

XFX warranty is great, and then 6990 would be the biggest card I've had in my rig since the 4870x2

I wouldn't mind taking that off your hands.

    2 3870s and a 3870x2 in quadfire?

My thoughts were that one of the CF links on the x2 would be taken up by the internal link of the 2 gpus on the board and that's why it's only got the one external link thus making it possible to link an x2 with 2 regular 3870s. Combine this with the fact that we've seen working CF between...

    2 3870s and a 3870x2 in quadfire?

Just wondering if this is feasible, as the only case I know that can support 4 dual slot cards is the new Xaser and it's fugly. I'm thinking that 1 x2 might be able to CF with an existing set of 3807s, but who knows. Feel free to shoot this theory to hell.

    Crossfire Woes

The crysis hotfix drivers are based off the 7.11's not the 7.10's and I think they are actually a newer build than the official 7.11's.

Upgrade to 3870 XFire from 1950xtx XFire?

For those of us that have purchased 2 3870s, given the nature of CrossfireX do you think it will be possible to use 2 3870s and 1 3870x2 to achieve Quadfire? I'm just thinking that it's probably possible and will still give us 3870 crossfire owners an upgrade path.

Finally get ATI 3870 VISIONTEK, ANY info on it ?

Dell has the Visiontek 3870 for $259 right now, but it's also 20% off, so it comes to like $207 before shipping (which is also free) and tax. I just paid $448 for a pair after taxes and shipping, but I don't think they are in stock yet as my ship date isn't listed until 12/7 so buyer beware.
