Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Business and Ultimate have XP mode which I would suggest you use if you have software that is so old it will not run on Windows 7. In my experience Windows 7 will run damn near anything regardless of 32 bit or 64 bit.

extremeoutervision PSU calculator recommended that the OP needs a 354w PSU with a 25 amp 12v rail. That is not including overclock since I don't have his Vcore. Is that an overestimation?
Strange that it isn't showing up in Device Manager. I am assuming you have the driver installed. Are you running XP or Windows 7 and if Win 7 is it 32 bit or 64 bit?
Proof please. Prove that the site I linked to is actively distorting their results to make people buy more expensive PSU's. I will happily link them to this thread so they can defend themselves.
