    Philips BDM4065UC - 40" 4K 60Hz monitor thread

Hmm.. I'd think not. I don't think the manufacturer would be generous enough to accept chassis modified monitors with screw holes.. But again that's just me.

Yup, I thought of going with one of these, but my 970 will suffer terribly.. So I decided against it. :D

Note, the 3 year warranty only applies when the monitor is not in a residential place(home).. So basically, they will only honor the 3 year warranty if the monitor is at a business location, and will honor only 1 year if it is at a residential. This was confirmed through chat with LG.

My Qnix doesn't frameskip.. You really have to get the single-input models, which are capable of overclocking without frameskipping.

    34" 21:9 UltraWide Displays (3440x1440) - LG UM95/UM65 & Dell U3415W

Yep, DP for me has a plethora of errors. Luckily I have a GTX 970 so I'm using HDMI 2.0, which eliminates problems..

40"'s ppi is similar to 27" 1440p, which I feel is the sweet spot. I'm eyeing the 40" version of this, I already cancelled my Phillips order and am waiting for a deal on these..
