Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
It launched in Sweden last thursday, and min finally arrived today. Minimal bleed and no dead pixels, really happy so far.
Took 1 quick picture as soon as i got it up and running. Colors look awful thanks to the camera. Will update with more tomorrow.

Googling a bit it seems like they are rated for 150c.
If they make the the core run at 95c on reference cards, the VRMs sure as hell wont die or take damage from just above 100c.
This is what he is talking about http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/r9-290x-case-performance,3710-2.html
"Then again, that's what you get when you recycle the same cooling found on Nvidia's GeForce GTX 780 for reasons of economics. Cheers, accountants!"
So if you want to pay for a lazy...
That card and the RoG one is listed in one store in Sweden, but no dates on either. I heard the RoG will be availible mid july though, and they seem to have the same price at 300$.
So you are comparing a laptop that is twice as heavy and more then twice as thick? The graphic card is also worse. Any company can put hardware in a big, plastic case.
When it comes to a laptop i wouldnt leave the MPB for now, since its trackpad, looks, and the feel about it is just so much...
Atleast on my card its the VRM temps that mess everything up. I had the card on 1125/1575 on stock volt, running the fans at 70%(hello airplane) and Tera was rock stable, VRM got to about 101C i think. Then i put it on auto, gpu reached 79c and the VRM was at 113c before it artefacted and locked...
Oh didnt see that people have gotten that version of it, wierd that it doesnt seem to fix it then. Not sure how this card can run 40-45c hotter on the VRM then other 7970s.
I might just send mine back, i didnt pay extra for a card that doesnt overclock well and doesnt respond to voltage...
Recieved my card yesterday and its VRM is running really hot aswell. Stock 106c and 1125/1575 it came up to 112c in Tera then it locked my PC so i had to reboot. It runs 3dmark fine at that clock, but Tera constantly crashes, might be that the VRM gets hotter in Tera.
Im starting to get...
