had to RMA a WESTERN DIGITAL 40 gig hardrive, went well, took about a week-GOOD. had to RMA a KDS monitor took 3 days, GREAT-NO QUESTIONS ASKED-AWSOME!. also had to RMA LOGITECH Mouse MX700, and guess what they sent me TWO instead of one! needless to say, I was HAPPY!.

my 6600gt, literally twice as fast as my 9600pro, I love it!
