First up I cleaned the frosting off the GPU, SLI, CPU blocks. CPU was done when I purchased just gave it a polish. Wanted consistency with the clean CSQ RAM & MOBO blocks
Shout out to Lowfat for the awesome guide LINK
Second, I got the fan controller mounted on the side panel...
Been working on this off and on with a limited budget for months now. I think I have made enough progress to start posting my work log. :thumb:

Are you actually seeing the voltage jumps? They seem stable on mine but thats program readouts so you can take that for what its worth.
I have found my old pair of GTX480's had about that difference in temps 8-10 when on load. But that would flip flop when changing the main gpu im outputting...
Im looking to see if anyone has had a card run hot without it being a cooling issue. Would condensation damage to the PCB for example ever result in abnormal temps?
I have tilted the case since it started acting up again and didn't see bubbles or a difference in temp.
I also did it when I first set up the loop. And while I was gentle Im wondering if the block got some separation from it...
@Dayaks
Hey mate thanks for the response.
Loop order and bridge are good 100%
Parts were flushed before 680's were added
CPU temp increase was expected as I over clocked it quite a bit in those benchmarks.
Order of issues
Went... All good - 1X GPU temp issue - All good after bleeding - 1X...
Have a issue here that I haven't encountered before. After hours of fiddling I'm gonna throw up my hand and ask for help.
NOTES
CPU and GPU's are on water
One card is running super hot idle & stress, then it was fine, then it ran even hotter...

Yeah mobo tray has about 5 screws holding it on. Few more if you want to remove the pegs at the front of the case that gives it support.
Only thing that I have found to be riveted is the PSU mounts. Got them out with a flat head screwdriver without much issue but can't be reused
To anyone looking at this case with water cooling in mind I have just picked one up here are my initial findings.
Dual 120mm Fan Mounts
-Can support a slim (30mm thick) style 240 rad with 2x 20-25mm thick fans (both sides)
*exceeding a total thickness of 55mm per rad will cause clearance issues...
