    Yes it was a fresh install of windows xp pro for both the 32bit and 64bit. I did set the memory timings manually to 4-4-4-12 and slower, and set the voltage to 1.8 - 1.9V to get the memory to work with the 64bit but still no success. As far as the updates are concerned, I did not download...
