1x 500GB Seagate Barracuda 7200.9 7,200RPM SATA II 16MB Cache (running on SATA I)

Well I have 1 gig of memory, and often times i dont really over do it on my memory. what i'm really worrying about, is if i put this ATA-100 drive in place of the SATA I drive the swapfile is on, will it slow me down, or give me better performance compared to running off of one single drive.
If you've got a acouple of 120's or 250's SATA, lemme get a couple :D
