I did try contacting Newegg... All they did was offer me $25 off on my next purchase.

While digging for info around the web, I found a few posts by people who got their cards replaced/fixed. The majority got screwed though.

Well they have at least one person, because he was nice enough to play floor hockey with my card before shipping it back.

You will change your tune the day yours breaks, or you purchase a defective one like me.
