I've seen the 5960x as low as $888 but after taxes and gas, its still bleh. Hoping it gets abit cheaper than that, and I may bite.:D

Did you forget that these are only about 50-70 dollars cheaper after taxes. The brick and mortar places will have them for cheaper but with taxes added on it comes out roughly the same price as say newegg/amazon usually, I think we are seeing the price this low as they are trying to discontinue...

SP3 with Broadwell would have been killer. Another year for 14nm Broadwell sigh. Guess that will be the SP4.

This really kills it. None of the models have LTE, 3rd generation and people have been constantly asking for this. $799 with LTE would have sold me. I'll just wait for prices to fall I guess, not worth it when you can go with some of the amazing Fujitsu hybrid tablet-laptops in the same price...

Any opinion on the 6300 vs the 7500 model? I see the 7500 has longer blades, wonder if they wear out quicker since they appear to be thinner at the end from the pics.
