    According to Apple, OpenAI poached employees (fine) and then coached them on how and what data to take from Apple before leaving. If Apple can prove this, it’s pretty much a slam dunk case. OpenAI brought in 400+ Apple employees BTW. Basically, OpenAIs entire hardware team is all prior Apple.
