If now we have good colors in non-cm apps AND in PS and stuff, i will look for a WG screen finally;)
Tell me more. I can run W7 if i want, but IF its all good managed for the colors, i have to turn to a argb monitor. If W7 is still crap with colormanagement i decide for a srgb screen...

I cant get everything better for wide gamut in vista with: configscreen -> colourmanagement ? And i also read in windows7 it will be fixed...:confused:

Since i hear you can manage a main profile for vista, to use Adobe RGB space for all the apps, IE and everything, i can use the wide color gamut. Also because all my photo's are in aRGB that i use in PS. But the Nec 2690 is to big...

Btw... i just get the advice to get a wide gamut screen because they can produce more accurate Adobe RGB colors. These days all photo's bij digital camera are in aRGB so a wide gamut screen can show the best colors. What do the photographers say? :S whelppp

I see, thats some good specs compared to the 2475. My first choice is the nec 2490 now.
Its about 850 euro here. Anything compared to this nec is maybe a Eizo 24 inch, but around 1000 euro they are all *va displays. So the nec is still a winner i think...
I will calibrate with a spyder and...
