    For troubleshooting/comparison's sake, I'm running 1200x1600 (portrait mode), a 1920x1080 120hz Acer at 100hz because it stutters at 120 as my primary monitor, and a 1920x1200 in that order.

    I have a reference Sapphire 5850 from late 2010 that does this exact same thing, where the card starts artifacting at the desktop whenever I touch the clock speeds.
