Some users have recently had their accounts hijacked. It seems that the now defunct EVGA forums might have compromised your password there and seems many are using the same PW here. We would suggest you UPDATE YOUR PASSWORD and TURN ON 2FA for your account here to further secure it. None of the compromised accounts had 2FA turned on.
Once you have enabled 2FA, your account will be updated soon to show a badge, letting other members know that you use 2FA to protect your account. This should be beneficial for everyone that uses FSFT.
Hi
Does anyone know if there is a brand in EUROPE which allows a user to change the fan setup into a watercooling setup without breaking the warranty.
Because I can't really see anyone allowing it except for PowerColor, which have some premounted wc products.
Asus P6T6 WS Revolution, ASUS P6T6 WS SuperComputer, ASUS Rampage III (i think?), EVGA 4-way SLI (i think?), EVGA W555, and I also think MSI Big Bang something can do this?
EDIT: The thing is if you want more than 2 x16 lanes, then it needs the NF200 chips, which afair has some speed issues...
#2 So if they dont use the 1gb extra for the review then whats the point.
The thing is with these cards are this: CrossFire, TriFire, QuadFire ... and then 4/8/16(?) AA .. then these cards should be rocking
EDIT: check the last chart here...
#4
1) There are quite a few which have 3 x16 and some with 4 x16 ..
2) But putting the 5970 and 5870 into a x8 isn't really going to hurt that much. If i recall correct you will maybe loose 2% or something like that ..
#13 yes! :)
But tomshardware has 5870 cf vs 5870 cf in EF ... so its close :)
I would wish they would add the 5970 2GB and 5970 4GB too - then we are ready :)
#7 sweet thanks for the tomshardware review :D

Look at the last graph ..hello kickass!
that actually uses 3 monitors setup ...
There is only very few and most of them just tests them towards the 6 screen setup, which is only like 0.000000000001% who is going to get this kind of setup, and then they show us some really weak benchmarks ..
Take PCPer's review ...
I'm pretty sure that people saying TriFire doesn't perform better haven't tried it? Because according to people who actually tried it, said it will be faster, BUT it's usually only in 1920x1200 and 2560x1600 it will have an effect...
I'm pretty sure I've read several times on this forum that the 5970 4gb will be priced just around the 1000$ mark - so I'm pretty sure it's not really reasonable :(
