    I've had luck with the HIS IceQ X 2 GB model. Stays super cool, too. It was $189 when I got it before Christmas, up to about $205 now though. (Newegg)

    Get the 7850 2GB, its got tremendous bang for buck. Overclocks to a 7870 like a dream. Great performing, low power consumption and cool operating GPU, those are three things you want from a card. A complete system over haul would still be more worth it, however.
