    Why are people so hung up on menus? They are just another step between me and my movie. I rip to mkv, hit play, movie starts - Perfect! If I want subs or another audio track they are all still there. I can turn them on without a menu.

    Definatly return that. As long as you're in the first 21 days they'll replace with a brand new one. I have a perfect 2405, and it's awesome. Some people have bad luck, but i think there are plenty of good ones out there, so try again!

    QPack too big, next best case...

    Even if you get a case that fits in there it's not going to have good ventilation. So if you have high end components you could end up with problems. I suggest getting a small shelf to put it on next to (or under) the desk.

    Whatever you do DON'T buy any used/refurb XBoxes. 90% of them get returned back to EB. Not worth the hassle. Definatly mod them and throw on XBox media center, it's an awesome program (and don't forget emulators!). The drawback is the lack of a wireless remote, and Xboxes are kind of loud.

    Building my first SFF PC.

    SN25P power supply is 350w, but yeah it's a hearty unit. i have a 3500+ and BFG 7800gt in mine and it's fine. I don't know much about the smaller Shuttles, but you'd want an SN25P for a performance oriented system.
